Those of us working in the caring professions are often heard saying, "If I can help just one person, it'll be worth it".

As suicide rates continue to rise, the problem seems too enormous and overwhelming, but if we can each stop just one person from making such a devastating and irreversible decision, then we can make a huge difference in people's lives.​ Stop One Suicide is here to help those who are hurting and to do that we need to stay informed of therapeutic interventions to help troubled people learn better coping skills.

We aim to give those in pain an emotional safe space where they can rest and grow.
